The Residence Inn was perfect for our family trip! We loved the spacious King Studio, and the full kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for our little one. The pool area was also a great hit with the kids.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast selection could use some improvement.

The traditional Irish pancakes were a real treat, and I loved how the picnic area made for perfect family hangouts! Plus, those breakfast choices were top-notch!
While everything was awesome, I didn’t appreciate the mix-up about the pool. It would’ve been nice to get a heads-up earlier.

Great staff and spacious rooms!
I had a wonderful two-night stay where I felt truly welcomed by the amazing staff, especially Denise, who was incredibly helpful. The King Studio was spacious and well-maintained, making it feel like a mini apartment rather than just a hotel room. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety of delicious options. However, I would appreciate more seating options in the common areas to gather comfortably with friends or family.

The King Studio was spacious and comfy, making it easy to relax. Clean and modern vibe, and I loved the kitchen setup! However, breakfast choices were pretty limited, and if you showed up late, good luck finding anything left. Overall, the room was nice but the breakfast could definitely use some improvement.

The King Studio was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The standout was the incredible staff, especially Denise, who was always willing to help. However, breakfast options were limited and unappealing, and arriving after 8:30 meant little choice. The location is less than scenic, situated in an industrial area near I 380 and the airport, which detracts from the overall experience.

This was just a great fit for a brief retreat in Cedar Rapids with all in all brilliant value for money. The best service came from the man who stocked the breakfast and evening snacks, always friendly and helpful. If you're traveling with a family, consider asking for more space upon check-in.
